Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.
How do I get my member discount?
Use the email address associated with you PATC membership when checking out and your member discount will automatically be applied.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make modifications.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We strive to make sure you receive the correct items and that they meet your expectations. Please inspect your package upon arrival!
In the event that your order is incorrect or you are not satisfied with a product, we will accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition. You will need to pay the shipping to return the product. Please contact us at Store@patc.net to initiate a return.
How do I get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
